‘You Are the Universe’ by Claire Stead
Wow – Claire Stead is with us today with a fantastic art journal page made with our new-release The Architect pack! Claire has used one of the vintage envelopes included in the pack to create a peek-a-boo pocket to slide a tag in and has attached this as part of her page. The tag features an image from Tamara Laporte’s Fabulous Faces pack.
Claire tells us how she put this together:
“I started with the foldable envelope from “The Architect” pack as the base for my page then I created a tag adding a face image from Tamara Laporte’s “Fabulous Faces” pack to it. I cut a window in the envelope so the lady peeks through.
I used some of the washi type of strips along with one of the paper style background pages to add to the other side of the page.
I added a little stencilling, some text and dot stamping and a piece of ribbon. Lastly, I added some pink splatters to bring together the page and the image on the tag.”
