More from our Guest Designer – Susanna Stenman!
Our amazing Guest Designer, Susanna Stenman is back with us today! She’s a talented paper crafter with a super unique and colorful style that’s sure to impress.
Susanna’s second project is an art journal page that she created in her 6 x 6 Kraft journal. This time she used our Trees & Leaves and Birgit Koopsen’s Forest Walk packs.
Susanna shared her creative process with us:
- The background is quite simple with only three colours of acrylic paint: two shades of pale pink and pale dusty green. I used a silicone brush to paint and adhered the words from the Trees & Leaves pack onto my background.
- I added some stenciling with white paste and black, permanent ink.
- I adhered Birgit Koopsen’s branches printed on tissue paper, from the Forest Walk pack, in the same way as the background text.
- I colored the leaves on the border with infusion powders and inks.
- Finally, I finished the page with some stamping and white splatters.
