Make a Statement by Paula Perry

Paula made a beautiful art journal page using Deb Weiers’ Wonky Faces and the All Dressed Up packs at a recent retreat, and she’s here to share it with us today.

She tells us how she made it in her own words . . .

Hello! Today I’m sharing an art journal page that I created at a retreat using ArtStacks amazing papers!

I started by designing my background on denim using a mix of stencils and paint.

Next, I created my own face by using the fabulous “DIY Wonky Faces” page included in Deb Weiers’ Wonky Faces pack:

To make my “DIY Wonky Face” stand out, I placed it on a tag that I made with more paint and a stencil. I also gave my face a stylish crown from the All Dressed Up pack!   And finally, I completed my page by adding the title, “Make a Statement” which is included in the All Dressed Up pack.

I really had a lot of fun making this art journal page!

Thanks you so much, Paula!  For creating such an amazing and unique art journal page.
