Rachel Lowe has made a spooky Halloween art journal page in traditional Halloween colours, using our brand new Trick or Treat pack by Tamara Laporte (#willowing)!
Rachel describes how she created this page:
1. I cut a 6×6 inch watercolour paper piece.
2. I chose black, orange and purple acrylic paint to create my background. I used a large brush and painted sweeping brush strokes down the paper.
3. I used stencils with gold and midnight blue glitter texture paste to add another layer to my background.
4. I finished my background with splatters of white paint.
5. I fussy cut the beautiful witch holding the black cat plus I cut out a row of pumpkins. I added the pumpkins to the bottom of my page.
6. I added a spiderweb and bat die cut, which I cut from black cardstock.
7. I finished off by adding some fun Halloween phrases.
