‘Colours’ by Sharon Fritchman

Wow – Sharon Fritchman has been blending images from both our digital and printed versions of Tamara Laporte’s Trick or Treat pack!

In Sharon’s words, here’s how she created this amazing art journal page:

“I used Tamara Laporte’s “Trick or Treat” Seasonal Celebrations pack.

• First, I printed out the images of the women and cat (with pumpkins) from the digital pack to use them as the main focus. I love printing digital images because I can choose exactly what size I want them to be!
• Next, I chose coordinating turquoise background paper and adhered it to a page in my manilla art journal.
• I added some black stenciling.
• I tore the bottom an image from Tam’s printed pack and glued it to the top of my page.
• I used machine stitching to attach my main focal image an added fussy cut images to each side of my main focus.
• Next I added Claire Stead’s scribbled circles from her “Colourful Zine Kit” pack.
• I adhered the “Colours” sentiment from the “Trees and Leaves” pack using pop dots at the bottom.
• Finally, I added some black and white ink splatter.”
