‘Fly’ by Guest Designer Nathalie Heath
Our Guest Designer, Nathalie Heath, is back with some more sensational inspiration for you! Using our Forest Walk pack by Birgit Koopsen, plus Lorraine Haight Moraine’s BackStack Nathalie has created a truly beautiful art journal page.
Nathalie wrote: “I started out with a background of distress oxides and watercolor. I added the border and die cut botanicals from the Lorraine Haight Moraine BackStack as a focal point. I could not resist adding marker details to the botanicals and filling up the background with more stenciling and doodles. The bird and lovely quote are from the Birgit Koopsen Forest Walk stack.”
Like Nathalie’s previous project, she has utilised the fabulous quotes in the Forest Walk pack that are printed on ArtStacks tissue. Note how they appear to be stamped directly onto Nathalie’s page. You can’t see the tissue at all.
Nathalie has also used dies to cut lovely shapes and images from the beautiful background papers in the BackStack pack, getting more out of them.
