Shine by Tracy Fear

Tracy’s taken a topical approach this week with her page dedicated to Juneteenth, the federal holiday in the US to commemorate the release of African American slaves which happened on June 19th, 1865.

Tracy used an image and words from Tamara Laporte’s Fabulous Faces pack.

Tracy created her textured background then layered the tissue image over the top then the words on top of the image.
